  • Data Ownership: Your leads are always yours. We never sell, share, or reuse your data outside of your campaigns.
  • Secure Infrastructure: AutoCloser™ operates on trusted platforms (Airtable, Gmail, Make). Data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard security.
  • Transparency: Every automated message is logged and time-stamped so you can see what was sent and when.
  • Lead Caps & Controls: Activity pauses automatically when your monthly cap is reached; archived leads are safely backed up.
  • Compliance & Opt-Outs: We respect opt-out requests and help you run compliant outreach (email/SMS best practices).
  • Confidentiality: We can provide a simple NDA upon request.

We collect only the information needed to operate your automated follow-ups:

  • Business name
  • Company contact email and phone number
  • Industry/lead data required to generate follow-ups

No selling or third-party sharing. Your information is used solely to deliver AutoCloser services.

Security: We use reputable, enterprise-trusted platforms and apply least-access principles for our team.

Retention: We retain data only as long as needed for your active subscription, required backups, or legal/operational obligations.

📄 Terms of Use

1) Service Scope

AutoCloser HQ provides messaging automation to help you follow up with leads via the channels you authorize (e.g., email/SMS). It is not a full CRM or sales platform. You’re responsible for monitoring and responding to replies routed to your business.

2) Acceptable Use

  • Use the service for lawful, professional purposes only.
  • Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Follow applicable email/SMS marketing laws and carrier rules (including honoring unsubscribe/STOP requests).

3) Subscription & Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled.
  • Each plan includes a monthly lead cap; new activity pauses when the cap is reached.
  • You may cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

4) Refunds

Because AutoCloser is an active automation service, fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. If you cancel, no further charges will occur.

5) Data & Confidentiality

  • Your data remains your property. We access it only to operate your automations and provide support.
  • We maintain commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
  • Upon request, we can sign a simple NDA focused on mutual confidentiality.

6) Service Changes

We may update features or policies to improve reliability and compliance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

7) Right to Refuse Service

AutoCloser HQ may decline or discontinue service where misuse, abuse, or non-payment occurs.
